To whom it may concern:

  I find it a travesty of justice that I am currently forced to drive at least 2hrs to eat a M E A T burrito with extra cheese sour cream and green sauce and an order of fries. The Bobby Cox companies could alleviate this most horrible of impingements on my personal human rights by simply building a Taco Villa in -------. Also I find the absence of a Taco Villa in ------- to be somewhat confusing due to the fact that we are already home to a pair of Rosa's Cafes. Rosa's is good, great in fact, but you and I both know it's not quite the same thing.

  

Aside from righting this egregious wrong that myself and the good people of ------- suffer through on a daily basis, I believe it would be a very profitable move for the Cox Co.'s. 

  

Allow me to defend my position.

There are three, count 'em, THREE private universities in ------- along with a Jr. College and a State Technical College. --- alone is expanding rapidly, building a new football stadium campus (as required by the NCAA Div1) and other new construction. 

This is all happening around an area on the north side of town known locally as "the --- Corridor" which is experiencing growth that could only be described as explosive. With 6 new businesses being built in just the last 3 years. Construction has begun on a new multi-screen, luxury seating cinema just north-west of the new Buffalo Wild Wings shown on the map.

Although there are a bunch of taquerias in town there are none in this area aside from some crappy company called taco casa. I firmly believe that a brand new Taco Villa would do outrageous numbers in a location in this area. And together we can once and for all defeat the loathsome taco casa.

Letter of Gratitude, 2016

It was a helluva' year, am I right?
There's no way last January, I could have imagined all that would transpire. The frenetic pace I witnessed the world fall into madness was heartbreaking, and a little frightening, to say the least. My brain is so fried at this point, trying to list all the events that unfolded from memory, would only serve to give me a migraine: Venezuela, Greece, Syria, France, Germany, Sweden, Brexit, Pulse Nightclub massacre, Black Lives Matter, The Presidential Election, The Murder War on Law Enforcement,WikiLeaks, on and on and on...Well, you remember. You saw it too. And, it's not over...
So, I'll just make this short and sweet:
As it was, I'd already been banned from Facebook, and Twitter had put me in "the naughty corner", cutting me off from any interaction on The Twat at all. It wasn't bad enough that I was sad, scared and lonely, given all that was happening in the world, but I was being punished. Punished for wanting nothing more than a voice. Just..people to talk to. And, I didn't really care if I had everyone's attention, but when one shouts from beneath a bell jar so often, the carbon dioxide begins to build, poisoning it's prisoner. As the suffocation began to induce panic, I behaved as I believe anyone in that situation would--I began to beat against the glass. So loudly, in fact, that I did catch the attention of one person.
On August 29, 2016, after months of growing more despondent, grieving the loss of connection, I received a one sentence direct message. It read: "e-mail?" It was from Andrew Torba. Torba, the CEO and founder of a new social media site called Gab.ai, then send me an invitation to join this new adventure. I jumped, like a frog, straight into it. What I then discovered was that I had not only been given the freedom to express myself, but that there were others on Gab, who had been awarded the same. ALL others, in fact. And the best part of it all is, we are allowed to talk to one another. Allowed to Speak Freely. The bell jar had been lifted!
There were some personal growth lessons I had to learn along the way. Some were delightful. Some others ended in sorrow. But, presently, I don't have a single regret for any minute I've spent discovering the wonderful people of the #GabFam. Not a single one.
Having said all that...I'd like to give a shout out to all these people who have made my life all the better. You have my heart, and I truly owe you each a great debt of #Gabitude. I truly love each and every one of you.
(apologies for any omissions. Not intentional, it's just...my mind is mush right now. Must have been all the turkey.)
Now, let's go out there and kick some more ass.
